Personal Training at Ocean state Fit is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training. It’s a personalized plan that caters to your individual needs and goals.

What the hell is Auto Regulate?  Auto Regulate is the skill to alter a program on the fly due to various circumstances that arise during a training session.  This is one of the primary benefits of having a skilled coach to oversee the program.  The knowledge and experience to auto regulate is how we keep our clients on track and injury free. 

Pricing: Our hourly rate ranges from $56-$68 depending on length of commitment.  Payment plans are available for longer commitments.  Please inquire for more details.

Online Coaching / Consulting

Our online coaching program is a great way to gain access to our expertise at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one.  There are some limitations, namely the inability to auto regulate the program that we discussed with our one-on-one offering.  But for many of you, we can educate you on how to auto regulate in the coaching sessions.  With that being said, there are lots of positives:

What's included:

Personalized monthly program (A & B Workouts): 

2-Coaching sessions.  These are done in person when possible or video otherwise.  These are not personal training sessions, but rather 60 minutes of assessing and coaching. This is about fine tuning a program and making sure each exercise is appropriate and done well.  

Video Review. Critiquing form and offering up continuous coaching throughout the month is key. The sharing of video makes this possible.  

Precision Nutrition.  This is the number one nutritional coaching program in health and fitness.  Improving nutrition is vital whether your goals are aesthetic in nature or more geared towards feeling better or performance.
